Lingerie - First class delivery to all EU European addresses is a flat rate £6.00 per order, or £8.20 if you would like to safeguard your order and have the parcel insured.
Boots - First class delivery to all EU addresses is charged at £14 including insurance for a single pair of boots.
If you are located outside of a registered EU European country please make sure you choose the 'Rest Of The World' option when placing your order instead.
Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times, we aim to deliver all orders within 5-10 working days
Delivery to the Rest of the World (Outside the EU)
Lingerie - International delivery to all countries outside of the United Kingdom and the European Union is a flat rate £12.00 per order including insurance.
Boots - International delivery to all countries outside of the United Kingdom and the European Union is charged at £18.00 per order including insurance for a single pair of boots.
If you are located outside of a registered EU European and the United Kingdom you must make sure you choose this option when placing your order with us.
We aim to have all international orders delivered within 10-15 working days, however this can sometimes take longer when delays are out of our hands.
Cancellation & Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery (starting the day after you receive goods) and return goods for a refund or replacement.
Refund means purchase price + original postage charge, except in the instance where special delivery was chosen and only the price of goods will be refunded.
You are liable for the cost of returning the item and we suggest goods are sent second class and recorded. We also recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate.
It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email (sales@trevails.co.uk). Please include the order number, item to be returned, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with all labels, tags and original packaging intact. In the interest of hygiene we strongly request that briefs, thongs, swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods.
If you are returning goods for a replacement, you will not be required to cover the cost of dispatching your new item. In the event of a faulty item you will be offered a refund or replacement. Additionally in the case of faulty items the cost of returning the item to us will be reimbursed.
Refunds are given via your original payment method.
