Trevails is a family business, started in 1919 by Royston Trevail. Thirty five years later when his son Geoffry returned from the Second World War, he joined his father in the business; now in his nineties Geoffry still works regular hours on the shop floor. The business is now managed by Royston's grandson and two great-grandchildren.

Trevails is a clothes shop with personality. Oliver Trevail, the youngest family member in the business is the shop's buyer and ensures that whilst still classic, the range of gentlemen's clothing is contemporary and fashionable carrying labels such as Gant and RM Williams.

The lingerie section is generally thought to offer the best bra fitting service in the area, with experienced, discreet and well trained staff who have an extensive knowledge of how to find the most comfortable, supportive and flattering bra for their customers. The selection of underwear ranges from classic Sloggi, well known for comfort of fit to luxury items from Fantasie and Triumph.

As a small family business, we have thrived throughout all the ups and downs of the last century by being committed to providing quality goods and excellent, personalised customiser service. These mainstays of our success are now available to a much wider audience as we become an established internet business.
